We’ll work on your claim and either transfer the money to you if you’ve already made a payment, or directly pay the hospital if you’ve gone cashless.

Can a group member’s family members also be covered?
Yes, absolutely. With the family floater option, you can add your group member’s selected family members to Group Total policy, Group Health insurance as well as Group Domestic Travel insurance.
What is the waiting period before I can make a claim?
Typically speaking, the waiting period in Group Health insurance and Group Total policy for all illnesses is 30 days, and for Group Domestic Travel there is none. But the waiting period may differ based on the policy you have purchased. It is always best to double check your policy documents for better understanding.
How do I escalate the issue if my claim has not been settled?
We hope it never comes to this, but if you feel that you need your answer from the powers that be, you are welcome to approach the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) through the Integrated Grievance Management Section (IGMS) or by calling the IRDAI Grievance Call Centre (IGCC).
Will critical illnesses be covered under this plan?
We offer cover for critical illness at an additional cost with Group Health insurance and Group Total policy, however same is not a coverage or an option under Group Domestic Travel Insurance.
Are any medical tests required to avail this policy?
We try and keep this process to an absolute minimum. We’ll take a call on whether group members need any medical tests based on the amount they’re covered for as well as their age and medical history.
